Meteorite Hypothesis
In 1969 a meteorite crashed into Murchison, Australia. The meteorite contained over 90 amino acids, only 19 have been found naturally on Earth and many others were created artificially in a lab. This suggests that organic molecules were either around during Earth’s formation or been brought to Earth by meteorite impacts.
